Am Mittwoch, den 08. Juni 2016 wurden durch unbekannte Dritte die folgenden E-Mails in englischer Sprache versendet:
Die E-Mails mit dem Betreff „orders contents and UPS“ und „Shipments containing these items“ haben sonst keinen Inhalt. Lediglich eine Anlage im Word-Format (INFO LIST.doc) ist beigefügt.
Die Word-Datei sieht wie folgt aus:

I have been looking into the regulations for the orders contents and UPS have stated the following: Food items are processed agricultural products classified within chapter one to 24 of the Harmonized Tariff Code. Food items adressed to private individuals are prohibited. Shipments containing these items will be rejected by your country Customs and returned to the shipper.
We can confirm we have cancelled your order for you and refunded you back onto the same card you made the original transaction with. Please allow a few days for this to show in your account.
