HHI would like to invite you to the bidding for HPU for Johan Castberg FPSO Project.
Please kindly refer to the attached cover letter and RFQ Package/MR, and return the followings within timely manner:
1) Acknowledgement of invitation to bidder : within 2 days after receipt of this RFQ
2) Your Proposal (Priced and Unpriced) : no later than November 6, 2017
3) Attachment #3 Material Requisition for HPU

Considering the project time frame, this RFQ process will have continuity to the actual procurement process after Project Award. It means that BIDDER is required to keep the bid closing time and complete TBE & CBE in a timely manner without any outstanding issues. BIDDER’s priced proposal shall be fully reflected on all technical/commercial clarifications conducted as a part of this bid.
BIDDER shall note that no other opportunity will be given if BIDDER is disqualified during this BID; therefore, BID is requested to prepare the qualified proposal in time.
